We’re Cris and Rachael Cunningham—husband and wife, hosts, and co-founders of Cohosted, a boutique short-term rental hospitality and marketing agency based in Nashville.

We launched Cohosted after managing our own Airbnb and quickly realizing how much strategy it takes to truly maximize a listing’s potential.
